Ellie is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, and a certified Pilates practitioner. Ellie began her Pilates training in 1988 at Saint Francis Hospital Dance Medicine, under the care of Elizabeth Larkam. She received her formal Pilates training in New York City where she studied with Kathy Grant and Romana Kryzanowska, (two of Joseph Pilates original students). She practices acupuncture at the studio, as well as off-site. Ellie strives to integrate her studies and continually expand her approach to bring balance back to the body.
