Jennifer Prugh RYT, brings a unique background of eight years as an Associate Professor, twenty years of study of mythological, contemplative and cultural traditions, and twenty years as a professional artist to her yoga teaching. Exuberantly practicing yoga and meditation for fifteen years, she holds a Master’s degree in Arts and Consciousness from John F. Kennedy University and has taught and consulted internationally. She specializes in creating personally tailored individual programs for her clients, drawing from a variety of yogic traditions.
