Shari Berkowitz, owner of The Vertical Workshop in Beverly Hill, CA, is originally from New York City where she studied The Pilates Method and received her certification with Romana Kryzanowska. In addition, she is the Director of West Coast Education and Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates. She brings to her teaching a varied background from her career as a professional dancer/singer/actress and her extensive work with orthopedists, physical therapists and chiropractors.
