The Use of the Eyes in Movement: Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement

Category:  Feldenkrais

INSTRUCTOR:  Elizabeth Larkam

Class Description:

The eyes are our dominant sensory organ and are an integrated part of every action and function.  From both a developmental and functional perspective the eyes are connected to our earliest learning.  Understanding how a person uses their eyes reveals essential and hidden aspects of a person's organization.    During this Feldenkrais ATM lesson movement and visualization are combined to heighten your awareness of the effect that tension in the eye area has on breathing and movement.
