Description: This
class will present a Smorgesboard of ball and imagery exercises
for the whole body. We will learn the three basic ways of using
balls, the do’s and do-nots of ball exercises and correct ball
selection. We will leave the workshop knowing how to integrate
imagery effectively into our practice and simply feel fabulous
after rolling away all tension and soreness.
We will learn exercises for:
• Releasing Shoulder and Neck Tension
• Liberating the Upper Back
• Creating Ease and Flexibility in the Lower Back
• Balancing the Muscles around the Knees
• Strengthening the Feet
• Improving Alignment and Balance
• Improving Blood Circulation
• Deepening and Relaxing the Breath
