Introduction to the Jumping Stretching Board

Class Description:
The Jump and Stretch Board facilitates a coordinated strength and flexibility and involves elements of rhythm, breath, musicality, and play in movement.
This multi-faceted piece of equipment contains exercises for jumping, running, turning, splits, push-ups, cat-backs--just to name a few. In all of
its dimensions, the Jump and Stretch board creates a suppleness in the body and a richness in movement quality. We learn to find contrasts with in our own
body- a kind of internal resistance gauge- to support the movement combinations.
