Class Description:

Often the cause of lumbar dysfunction is influenced by patterns of use in the

extremities below, the trunk above, and the coordination of core support. This course

 will overview  GYROTONIC methodology as a system for reducing stress and

improving function of the lumbar spine through improved organization and patterns

of movement.
