Breathing is a major fitness component that is greatly underestimated for restoring elasticity, flexibility and tone within the body. By combining YBR with focused breath work you create a freer, longer and stronger body working from the inside out. You will bring balance between the deeper and more superficial muscle layers of the body with the outcome of greater freedom, tone and relaxation throughout the body.
