Class Description:

This class will cover the anatomy of core strength taking you through muscle specifically which muscles comprise your core strength. Variations of classic YBR routines focusing on core strength, deeper lengthening, strengthening and toning will be taught. YBR core strength concepts greatly compliments Pilates. Note: $30 material fee or bring your own red ball.
