Class Description:

This reformer class has the athlete in mind. We’ll begin with breathing

exercise to liberate the diaphragm and spine, followed by stretching

techniques to release tension and restore function. With the body armed-up

and connected, we’ll move through a full-body reformer workout,

emphasizing organized movements, efficiency and flow.
