Learn to view and assess the Pelvis and Lumbar Spine in 3 planes and a

series of corrective exercises to restore mobility and balance to the area. 

The ITT Pilates approach to movement and cueing will give you the tools

to create an effective program for your clients. This workshop will utilize the

Mat, discs, physioballs and Reformers.
