Class Description:

This workshop will introduce participants to a variety of exercises on the

STOTT PILATES Split-Pedal Stability Chair that can benefit any level of

athlete. The capabilities of the chair will be highlighted, and all its features

 will be utilized in the context of a well-rounded workout designed to retrain

 imbalanced muscles and builds on the strength and agility of the whole

body. Discover functional movements against spring resistance in a variety

of positions, that train core stability while working bilaterally, unilaterally or

reciprocally with the limbs to enhance sport-specific performance
