Pilates INSTRUCTOR: Lynne Robinson Class Description:
After a brief review of the main
characteristics of the three trimesters of pregnancy, Lynne will
take you through a program of suitable matwork exercises for each
trimester and show you how to adapt the original work. Lynne will
also introduce you to Body Control Pilates exercises created to give
pregnant clients a safe and effective workout.
