Class Description:

This class seamlessly blends classic Pilates matwork with fundamental of

movement, which will refine your understanding of form. Building one

exercise upon the next, Progressions is a way to help students feel the way

the body is designed to move. From this perspective, you can encourage

balanced conditioning and avoid unnecessary tension. Emphasis will be on pelvic floor connection, breath and alignment.
