The Pilates Side Kick Series gives you the tools to provide just what your clients want – movements that shape the legs, hips and buttocks wonderfully while activating core musculature. Learn the advanced Side Kick Series in its entirety with variations for specific muscle strengthening and stretching and how to progress both the deconditioned and accomplished individual through the Series.
