Healthy Necks - Part 2

Class Description:

ow many people have told you that they feel all of their abdominal

exercise primarily in their necks? In this workshop we will define healthy

neck mechanics for abdominal exercises. We will look at the

musculoskeletal anatomy of the cervical spine and cranio-cervical junction.

We will clearly define healthy options for brining our head off of the mat

and learn to assess what is not so healthy and why. The classic principles of

cervical nod and curl will be explored and we will develop our eyes and

hands so that we can facilitate our clients in group and one-on-one settings.
