Class Description:

The Power House (Abdominals) is our source of stability.  We must enhance

 our stabilization with the use of opposition in Pilates.  Every exercise must

continually lengthen and deepen…nothing is ever held tightly or

compressed.  We will discover the oppositional lines through discussion.
