STOTT PILATES® Prenatal Pilates on the Split-Pedal Stability

Class Description:

 

This innovative workshop will help you take Moms-to-be through specially

designed exercises and modifications using the highly versatile Split Pedal

Stability Chair. Drawing on the latest medical information and ACOG

guidelines, anatomical and physiological changes, risk factors and

movement considerations will be discussed with an eye to providing a safe

and effective workout. Appropriate STOTT PILATES® exercise adaptations

will be explored in sitting, standing, side-lying and other innovative and

beneficial positions. Workouts will be concentrated on second trimester.
