Learn how to interpret the plethora of advertising on starch blockers, cortisol blockers, and pseudo-amphetamines. Learn strategies that can help motivate goal retention and tricks for nutrition on the go. Special populations such as adolescence, the pre and post- natal years, menopause and the elder years will be addressed.
