Class Description:

Pilates is more than a series of exercises to be executed by copying the outward form.  It is a modality founded in principles and philosophy. An understanding of the principles and philosophy is the common thread in all approaches.  In this workshop, we have put together a series of Fundamental exercises that will teach your client movement patterns to help them experience the underlying  principles and philosophy of the Pilates Method.  Pleas be aware that fundamental does not mean easy!
