Let’s dust it off and reinvigorate all of the possibilities of its use. Gain insight and confidence in the sequencing of the Wunda Chair exercises that will safely challenge your clients’ strength, stability, stretch and stamina. The main components of a workout! We will review and practice the intermediate and advanced exercises that can be incorporated into a client’s workout.
