In this session we will look at the common sense aspects of Marketing. What works for your studio and what doesn’t? What makes sense for your marketing mix? We’ll look at the pros and cons of marketing via national magazines, local magazines, local radio, local newspapers, classifieds, yellow pages, trade shows (are you a member of your local chamber of commerce?), postcards and other direct mail, web site, email marketing, web search marketing, networking, existing customers. What are the steps involved in each category to make sure you get the best bang for your buck? How can you easily measure and track each campaign of your marketing mix? What’s the most cost effective way to market your business? Throughout the session we will look at case studies of what has worked well for other studios.
