Class Description:

 

Learn how to teach flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion in a

functional and lengthened manner.  These movements, when done poorly,

can easily injure a client or exacerbate symptoms in back patients.  Using

the principles of Pilates and biomechanics, you can teach the client to

perform healthy movement patterns that enhance function and form.
