Our focus for these three hours will center around the many confusions, complications and ramifications of pelvic and spinal positioning in the Pilates repertoire. When is the spine flexed v. held more neutral? How is the pelvis affected by the spine and vice versa? Why? What difference does it make? And how can it hinder or help us return to uniform development so we can breathe more effectively and circulate all that oxygen to get the “internal shower,” and thereby,
