Class Description:
We love good touch, touch that enables the body to learn and adjust without interrupting the rhythm of the movement. Cultivation your touch is both an art and a science. Knowing when, how and the effect of your touch are all vital in our effectiveness as teachers. In this workshop we will cover 6 different kinds of touch and spend time practicing specific spots for a variety of exercises on the Reformer and Mat. You will have an opportunity to get valuable feedback from your partners and practicing honing this important skill.
