Class Description:

Soorya Namaskar A, B, C, and D.  Salutations are a microcosm of a complete practice and are mini-vinyasa sequences.  Learn to incorporate, align, and adapt the four major sun salutes.  Different salutations balance strength, flexibility, endurance, breath and awareness with graceful flowing movement.  Learn to use and adjust these poses to different levels and abilities, easing or intensifying, and learn to prevent or heal back problems with your salutations.
