The 2009 event is positioned for success on April 15 - 19, 2009. Established at the Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, California, (45 minutes south of San Francisco) and supported by an unparalleled educational program, we are committed to producing a quality event.

Body Mind Spirit Conference and Live Healthy Expo is the pioneering industry event, propelling Mind-Body Fitness into the national marketplace. This event is instrumental in taking new steps to meet the ongoing demands of our growing industry. The following features will be implemented at the upcoming event:

Focused Audience of Decision Makers – The conference attendees include Studio/Club owners (50%), Club Industry management (10%), Instructors, and Personal Trainers (40%). This is an industry event—not a consumer show. Last year we had attendees from 50 states and 20 countries!
Live Healthy Expo – For the 2009 Conference we are expanding the exhibit hall to invite the general public to attend and educate them on the products and benefits of Mind-Body exercise, nutrition, eco-consciousness, social conditions, and healthy foods. We will bring together local and national natural product companies, alternative practitioners, chiropractors, health food retailers and community non-profit organizations showcasing information about their products and services. The Expo will also present a number of health and planet-conscious speakers and vendors providing empowering information on expanding our lives, health and the environment. Advertising will include radio, newspaper, and healthy life-style publications.
An Unparalleled Educational Summit – International Pilates, Gyrotonic, Feldenkrais & Somatic Movement Master Teachers are offering workshops, practice sessions and lectures. The focus of this conference is placed on education in the fields of Mind-Body disciplines. Continuing education credits are available for instructors and attendees through ACE, Polestar, PMA, PMI, STOTT PILATES®, Peak Pilates and others.

Exhibit Time – Gives exhibitors face-to-face time with studio & club industry decision-makers for increased sales and prospecting. Remember that 90% of our audience is made up of studio owners and personal trainers—these people make recommendations to the their studio/club management and their personal clients in regards to purchasing your products.

Show Attendee List – We offer exhibitors the opportunity to purchase the entire registered attendee list for continued pre and post-show marketing.
