Discover Your Body-Mind-Spirit Connection
Relax into Wholeness with the Rosen Method Bodywork & Movement *touch *breath *movement *awareness *
Rosen Method Bodywork combines both, knowledge and art. Its principles are: touching with a soft hand, allowing the breath to flow, going deep to meet the unconscious, and keeping in mind the power of simplicity. Listening touch goes deep, helping you know your authentic self in a profound way. Relaxation makes space for awareness which provides insight. Through these changes, easier movement and new emotional and cognitive choices can emerge. The Rosen Method of Movement goes hand-in-hand with Rosen Method Bodywork. It cultivates awareness, presence, and ease in your body so you can bring more of yourself into your daily life. It is a "work-in" rather than a "work-out". Rosen Movement provides the opportunity to know the ease of well-being in the deepest sense. From this state of ease, it is possible to experience where body, mind and spirit meet.

Relax into Wholeness with the Rosen Method * The Rosen Method of Movement cultivates awareness, presence, and ease in your body so you can bring more of yourself into your daily life. It is a 'work-in' rather than a 'work-out'.
- The method is comprised of simple movements that engage your core, improve range of motion in your joints, and free the diaphragm to allow natural breathing.
- Each movement is an opportunity to know yourself from within, including your habitual barriers to wholeness.
- The class structure, the sequencing of movements, and the use of music create an environment that is fun, deeply relaxing, and creates connection.
- Rosen Movement is grounded in the body and in the present moment: it is simple, practical, and profound.
