2009 EXHIBITOR SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Body-Mind-Spirit Exhibitors can choose many types of sponsorships at various levels. The list of opportunities on this page are BMS 2009 Conference sponsorships, of which many are new. They are available at levels offering many benefits.

In addition to these conference sponsorships, you can select a unique sponsorship or attendee scholarship in your company's name. BMS Sponsorship opportunities range from continuing education scholarships, conference travel stipends and public relations/marketing. Your company name will be synonymous with the sponsorship of your choosing and at the level you choose. Multiple sponsorships can be added to give you eligible status at a higher level, which offers further benefits. Pre-Conference Sponsor — $5,000

The Preconference will be held on April 15 & 16 at the Hyatt Regency.  It will encompass over 30  workshops and practice classes.  Sponsor package includes:

  • Wednesday evening Preconference Networking Party.  Includes hors d’oeuvres, beverages and “goody bags” for each of the attendees. 

Conference Business Sponsorship — $5,000
The Business workshops will be held during the Main Conference April 17 - 19.  Sponsor package includes:

Exhibit Hall Sponsorship — $10,000 Exclusive*

Exhibit Hall is open Friday thru Sunday, April 17 - 19, 2009.  Sponsor package includes:

  • Your information stuffed in Attendee Welcome Bags - 1200
  • Your logo listed in Conference Catalog as Exhibit Hall Sponsor
  • Friday Evening Sale sponsorship, includes: hors d’oeuvres, beverages and “goody bags” for each of the attendees. 
  • Saturday Evening Wine & Cheese Party sponsorship, includes: hors d’oeuvres, beverages and “game card” for each of the attendees.  Attendees must get game card stamped at sponsor booths to enter to win a piece of Pilates equipment.
  • Meeting room upstairs in Convention Center to hold special programs – April 17 - 19.  Program topics & descriptions will be listed in Conference Catalog and on website.
  • Banner Signage over Exhibit Hall entrance doorway (sponsor provides)

*Exclusive Sponsorship—there will be no other Exhibit Hall sponsors.  The "Friday Night Sale" & "Wine & Cheese Party" sponsorships would become obsolete.

Friday Night Sale Sponsorship — $4500

Exhibit Hall is open Friday thru Sunday, April 17 - 19, 2008.  Attendees are given special coupons for the Friday Night Sale during the hours of 5pm to 7pm.  Sponsor package includes:

  • Your logo listed in Conference Catalog as an Exhibit Hall Sponsor
  • Friday Evening Sale sponsorship, includes: hors d’oeuvres, beverages and “goody bags” for each of the attendees. Goody bags have sponsor's logo printed on them.
  • Banner Signage at Exhibit Hall entrance doorway (sponsor provides)

Saturday Night Wine & Cheese Party Sponsorship — $4500

Exhibit Hall is open Friday thru Sunday, April 17 - 19, 2008.  Attendees are given a "Game Card" during the hours of 5pm to 7pm.  Attendees must get game card stamped at sponsor booths to enter to win a piece of Pilates equipment. Sponsor package includes:

Canvas Bag Sponsorship — $3500 Exclusive - NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Sponsor's logo will be printed on 1,500 canvas bags, which are given to each attendee, presenter and exhibitor. 

Badges / Lanyards Sponsorship

Sponsor's badge holders and lanyards will be used exclusively by 1,200+ BMS attendees. Items must be provided by sponsor and approved by BMS.
 

Morning Break Sponsor — $500 per day

Each morning between the 1st & 2nd class periods there will be a special area in the Convention Center lobby where students can come for a complimentary nutritional beverage and snack. You will have the opportunity to provide your nutritional product to attendees and pass out your company information and marketing materials.

Lunch Break Sponsor  — $2,000 per day

Each day from 12 to 1pm there will be a special luncheon session where students can come to enjoy a panel presentation of master teachers and network with other studio/club owners. You will have the opportunity to provide your products, company information and marketing materials along with giving a 10-minute presentation.

Conference Bus Transportation Sponsor — $2,500 to $10,000

Each evening bus transportation will be offered to Whole Foods market, local downtown eating areas and shopping malls. You will have the opportunity to have staff members ride on each bus and pass out your company information and marketing materials.

Internet Room Sponsor — $5,000

Sponsor's website will be the default screen on all computers in the Internet Room, which is used heavily by attendees throughout the conference. Sponsor is welcome to provide mousepads or other gift items to Internet Room users. A table display & thank you banner will be prominently displayed outside the entrance to the Internet Room.

Attendee Scholarship Sponsor — $1,000 per scholarship

Sponsorship will offer free conference registration to attendees that need financial assistance.  It will include their hotel accommodations and a per diem meal allowance.  Attendees will apply for scholarship through the BMS website and selected by BMS staff.  This can be used as a charitable donation for tax purposes.
